Warranty

Your SleepyPad comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have your SleepyPad repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

SleepyPad, a trading name of House and Garden NSW Pty Ltd (ABN 411 314 856 88), warrants your SleepyPad for a period of two (2) years from your date of purchase.

During this period your SleepyPad will be replaced or repaired, at our discretion, should it be found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defects.

A Stockist who sells a SleepyPad to you has no authority from SleepyPad to give you any additional warranty or guarantee in relation to your SleepyPad or to make any statement other than what is contained in this warranty.

If you wish to make a claim under this Warranty, please contact SleepyPad on 1300 791 753 to notify us of your claim. Subject to the outcome of our initial discussion we may ask you to return your SleepyPad, as far as possible, in its original packaging. We will also request proof of purchase to show that this warranty applies to your SleepyPad at the date of your claim.

SleepyPad will arrange and pay for the cost of returning your SleepyPad to us if required. We will also arrange and pay for the cost of returning or replacing your SleepyPad following inspection, repair or replacement.

This Warranty applies only to a SleepyPad sold by SleepyPad directly or by a Stockist. It does not apply to a SleepyPad bought by resale or transferred to another party.

This Warranty will not apply if during the applicable warranty period:

  1. Your SleepyPad is serviced or repaired or attempted to be repaired by anyone other than SleepyPad or if after our inspection we find that the product has been altered, modified or damaged in any way
  2. You use a SleepyPad contrary to the technical or operating environment guidelines detailed in our user guide or manual or on our website
  3. A component part of your SleepyPad reaches the end of its service life
  4. Your SleepyPad fails to perform due to deliberate or accidental damage; neglect or modification by or on behalf of you or the end user, the use of incorrect voltage or a power surge; or the use of replacement parts or accessories not supplied by SleepyPad
  5. Your SleepyPad is damaged by flood, or fire or other environmental act or ‘act of God’

We also do not warrant that the SleepyPad will be a suitable remedy for any specific medical condition and do not warrant against any complications resulting from the use or inability to use this goods.  We do not warrant against individual comfort preferences, sheet fit or height issues resulting from your bed frame size or headboard style.

The Warranty does not apply when the SleepyPad has been purchased for any business or commercial entity, including but not limited to the hospitality industry, landlords or any party with associations to any company in the mattress and/or bedding industry. We also reserve the right to decline a Warranty request should we reasonably suspect that the Warranty is being abused.
